Welcome to IRL Vibes. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use IRL Vibes. By using the app, you confirm you meet this requirement.

2. Your Account

You sign up using your phone number, verified via OTP. You're responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under it. Don't share your account or impersonate anyone else.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users

• Post false, misleading, or impersonating information

• Use the app for any illegal purpose

• Attempt to bypass security features or access other users' accounts

Violating these may result in your account being suspended or terminated, and we may report unlawful activity to relevant authorities.

4. Your Content

When you post a Vibe, profile info, or messages, you retain ownership of your content, but you grant IRL Vibes a license to display it within the app to other users as intended by the app's features. Don't post content you don't have the right to share.

5. Safety

IRL Vibes is a platform for connecting people — we don't organize, supervise, or take responsibility for what happens when you meet someone in person. Use your own judgment, meet in public places, and tell someone where you're going. You can block or report any user at any time.

6. Safety, Reporting & Zero-Tolerance Policy

IRL Vibes has zero tolerance for abusive behavior, harassment, or inappropriate content shared through vibes, chats, or profiles. Violations may result in immediate content removal and account action.

You can report any vibe, message, or profile you find objectionable. Every report is reviewed by our team within 24 hours of submission.

We may block or remove users who violate this policy, including restricting or terminating their access to the app.

7. Account Termination

You can deactivate or delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Deleted accounts are permanently removed after a 30-day grace period.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

IRL Vibes is provided "as is." We're not liable for any disputes, damages, or issues arising from interactions between users, including in-person meetings arranged through the app.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
